tired

Ive been talking with so many people in so many difference agencies, offices and firms lately that I can not keep up. Ive been talking to alot of victims of judicial corruption, judicial retaliation (organized crime in the courts) as well and I tell ya, it doesnt get any easier for me hearing other peoples nightmare.
The majority does not dare want to believe that the body that is made to and has the utmost power to protect us and punish wrong doers, actually can, has and will act corruptly. That corruption has destroyed my life for nearly two years. Mostly it has abused my daughters, my daughters have temporarily lost their mother at the hands of three members of our judiciary. (Madison Co.) From the day they were born (Jozie 9/3/04 & Andi Faye 1/28/08) they have lived in my home, they have lived together and for nearly two years they have lived without me and without each other.
Why you ask? Im sure you, like me, think that a Judge would NEVER take a child away from its mother unless the mother has serious, SERIOUS problems, mentally, with drugs, with alcohol, with something VERY detrimental to their child, right?..?!
Right..kinda... maybe?.... you hope! Me personally, I haven't heard of any mother having her kids taken from her without her having something bad wrong..UNTIL, it happened to me and I began to fight it, and in my fight I have met good mothers who have in one way or another pissed the Judge off enough. Some women where just unlucky enough to have their ex be good friends, political supports, or relatives of the Judges. Whatever the cases are, they are all catastrophic to the people they affect, they are catastrophic to our children.
One thing that I have seen happen is that custody cases where Judicial Corruption occurs, all get marginalized as an ugly divorce and a "civil matter". When in fact, it is a civil matter that landed us in the courts, but the actions of the Judges are criminal in nature. What does one do? Well here in Tennessee, there are only a few avenues for justice. Ill tell you about those in a minute.
What is justice? For me its a chance for my daughters to have a good life. To be raised by all the people who love them and want them  to be together. I know that I can get past this and allow everyone that loves my girls an influential part in their lives. Its been proven that their fathers can not, their actions speak mountains, but thats for another day.
I want my daughters back more than anything I can think of and I will not stop fighting until I get them. In parts I hate that, Im NOT a fighter. Im too passive, in fact I hate all of this, but I did not start it and I can promise you, for my daughters, I will end it. I will provide them with the protection that they deserve and hopefully I can teach them a lesson about integrity in the end.
Finally though, I feel like I have two good, fair, ethical Judges, I pray I do, but accessing them is tricky. I know thats confusing, but in short, because Ive had a trial, even though the judges were corrupt and acted criminally (in both Jozie & Andi Faye's case) in law, its considered as already heard, already ruled on and a Judge has decided the case and it has to be correct because he's a Judge. So my legal option there is to appeal it. I did, and to appeal it, I broke down and cashed out my stocks and IRA to pay for a lawyer out of cookeville. Phil Parsons. Phil is a good guy I think. He helped me on some things prior to me even hiring him and I think hes always shot me straight. Anywho. I hired Phil because I couldnt devote the time to learn the rules of appellate procedure (maybe I should have) anywho I hired Phil for both appeals (Jozie & Andi Faye) in Andi's he didnt file my brief because there was no transcript of the case and because there was no transcript we would not win in appeal. In Jozies case he filed a good brief stating that the court didnt follow the laws originally as John and I were never married and you have to go through a litany of things when a child is born out of wedlock, for the father to obtain visitation and such. I lost both appeals, and currently I am debating whether to file a writ in Johns case to the supreme court, or go back in at the trial court level with the new unbiased Judge. In Tims case, the Judge, Roger A. Page, Madison Co. Circuit Court Judge, wrote out an order and opinion letter, giving full custody of Andi Faye to her dad, and ordering that I could not see my daughter, unsupervised until I complete a mental evaluation and lengthy anger management course. Judge Page is an excellent writer. His experience has benefited him well. He has written me out to be a character of a mother, finding that I have issues with anger. Although I have never been called angry by anyone other than Tim and Tom Rosebrough, DURING our divorce and custody trail, Judge Page says I have anger issues. Tim is an aggravated felon. HA. At the time of trial, he and his father had kept my daughter from me for 10 months, so yes I was/am fuming. But the judge did not know that. I did not act that way in trial, I never raised my voice, I never interrupted I never spoke out of turn.
Judge Page is an excellent writer, I am having to prove to the other Judges that I am not the person that he has written me out to be.
Lately, I have met with so many different authorities, without prevail. No one wants to do anything against these certain Judges, why because they are scared of retaliation.
Also, I have testified at the Ad Hoc Court of the Judiciary Committee to sunset the court of the judiciary as currently is not serving its purpose. Its "aiding" the corrupt Judges. Others (Judges and Attorneys)  dont want change because they dont want accountability in the system that they one day hope to be in.
Its all a disgrace and I personally will not stop fighting for justice, not only for my daughters but Justice in our Judicial System. The system that is supposed to protect us is DESTROYING families, all under the color of law.
Currently, I am seeking Judicial Impeachment/Removal of Chancery Court Judge, James F. Butler, Circuit Court Judge, Roger A. Page, and Juvenile Court Judge Christy R. Little, for the crimes they have committed against the peace & dignity of our state. I do not fear slander or defamation suit, because you have no suit if the allegations are true. Sadly, my allegations are true and anyone that has the time to sit and listen I will provide all documents that prove my allegations.
Recently I have done a phone interview with the Editor of the Post & Email and hopefully she will be doing a story on my fight shortly.
Without exposure, I am dead, without people taking recognition of this issue, it will stay covered, as many others have done before me.
On a different note, legislators are working hard for some change in the Tennessee Judiciary. Unfortunately it does not seem our new Governor wants change, I guess we will see.
Heres an article from the Tennessean on some issues with TN Judges.
It appears that our house/senate members are tired of corrupt Judges making a bad name for our great state.
I have recently been asked by our US Assistant Attorney, Mr. Victor Ivy, and the SAC of the FBI to give a chronological order of the events that have happened to me. So, for now I will be working on that and as soon as I finish I will post them.
I just want to thank everyone who keeps up with me and supports me in my fight for my daughters and for a fair judiciary in TN.
On a much lighter, amazing note, I will be spending Thanksgiving, well Thanksgiving eve, with BOTH OF MY GIRLS!!!! Tim is allowing me 2 1/2 hours with Andi Faye Wednesday night and I am elated!

Here are some recent pictures from some of our visits together! Arent they gorgeous??
