Tuesday, February 14, 2012, third Valentines day that I have not been able to make Jozie's favorite, pink heart shaped pancakes. However I was up early and headed to Nashville to help Rep. Jim Coley's House Bill HB1198, which would make lots of great changes to the Court of the Judiciary. During this testimony, I was allowed to play an audio recording from July 13, 2010 when I appeared in front of Juvenile Court Judge Christy Little. The audio, speaks for itself. She accusing me of practicing law and treading on thin ice. I was self represented, I didnt have a client, that was the first time in my life, I had been in front of a Judge, without a lawyer, fighting for my daughter. Heres a recent pic of my girls, during our last Saturday supervised visit. Arent they amazing. They are worth everything in the world, their smiles give me the strength because behind those smiles, I know their suffering.
